1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the VedhaPure website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

VedhaPure products are herbal supplements derived from traditional Unani and Ayurvedic formulations. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Results may vary between individuals. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

VedhaPure shall not be liable for any adverse effects arising from the use of our products contrary to the stated directions or without appropriate medical guidance.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled orders where payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within major cities and 5–10 business days for other areas. VedhaPure is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Incorrectly sent (wrong product)
• Unopened and in original sealed condition

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. To initiate a return, contact us at care@vedapure.com with your order code and photographs of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding - is the exclusive property of VedhaPure and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VedhaPure's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

VedhaPure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
